From Waste To Value

Our mission: We develop and manufacture cutting- edge pyrolysis systems with which we’ can actively reduce carbon emissions. By transforming waste into valuable carbon-rich material (biochar), provided to agriculture, the construction industry or energy production, while establishing a durable CO₂ sink. With a clear focus on sustainability and innovation, we offer our customers solutions that combine both ecological and economic advantages. Together, we can build a more sustainable and better future!

The Technology

Pyrolysis is a process that thermally decomposes organic materials without oxygen.

T:CRACKER®

  • Core unit for the system solutions PyroDry® and PyroPower®.
  • The input material is thermally decomposed in the T:CRACKER® screw reactor.
  • The resulting pyrolysis gas is incinerated in the combustion chamber.
  • The screw reactor is heated directly by integrating the reactor or reactors into the combustion chamber.
  • Energetically self-sufficient, compact and robust technology that can be flexibly adapted for a wide range of input materials and applications.

Ideal for processing “wet” residues such as sewage sludge, manure and digestate. Through the complete system, which combines T:CRACKER and a centrifugal shaft dryer, allows even biosludges with a low dry matter content to be converted into biochar in an energy-independent manner.

Designed for relatively dry residues or biomass such as damaged and thinning wood, waste wood, or agricultural residues, this technology converts them into high-quality biochar. The surplus energy is used via an Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) system or a flue tube heat exchanger to generate usable electrical and/or thermal energy.
